What does a Creator Operations do?
A Creator Operations professional sits at the intersection of creator partnerships and operational infrastructure, ensuring that creator programs, from influencer campaigns to ambassador networks, run smoothly end to end. They build and maintain the workflows, tools, and processes that support creator onboarding, contracting, briefing, payment, and performance tracking. Day to day, they coordinate between internal teams (legal, finance, marketing, talent) and external creators to remove friction, enforce timelines, and keep deliverables on track across a portfolio of partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain creator onboarding workflows and documentation
- Manage contracts, payment processing, and compliance tracking for creator partners
