What does a Affiliate Marketing Manager do?
An Affiliate Marketing Manager owns the end-to-end operation of a company's affiliate programme: recruiting new publishers, influencers, and partner sites; negotiating commission structures; and optimising campaigns to hit cost-per-acquisition and revenue targets. Day-to-day they monitor affiliate performance dashboards, approve creatives, troubleshoot tracking issues, and maintain ongoing relationships with top-performing partners. In verticals such as iGaming, Forex, and fintech, they also ensure partners comply with regulatory and brand guidelines while maximising qualified traffic volume.
