- Username is memorable, searchable, and matches your brand across platforms

- Profile photo is high-quality, well-lit, and recognizable at small sizes
- Bio link points to a landing page, link-in-bio tool, or your best converting asset
Content Structure
Set up the framework that makes your grid feel intentional, not random.

The Engagement Rate Rule
A smaller, engaged audience will always outperform a large, passive following. An account with 5K followers and a 6% engagement rate generates more reach, more saves, and more revenue than an account with 50K followers and 0.5% engagement. Focus on depth, not width.
Reels Strategy Checklist
Run through this checklist before you publish every Reel.
- Hook written for the first 3 seconds that stops the scroll (question, bold claim, or visual surprise)
- Trending audio used or original audio that adds value to the content
- Content type chosen (tutorial, behind-the-scenes, transformation, day-in-the-life, list)
- Length optimized for the content (7-15 seconds for entertainment, 30-60 seconds for tutorials)
- CTA included (save for later, share with a friend, comment your answer, follow for more)
- Caption adds value beyond the video (context, tips, story, or question to drive comments)
The Reels Formula
Hook (0-3s): Stop the scroll with a bold statement or visual. Value (3-25s): Deliver your main point quickly and clearly. Loop/CTA (final 3s): End with a call to action or seamless loop back to the start. Reels that loop increase watch time, which is the top ranking factor.
