About AMBO
AMBO is an AI boxing coach on the phone. Boxers film themselves shadowboxing, the app analyses their technique, and it gives them a drill plan to fix what it finds. We’re a full-time team of 5 launching on iPhone soon.

Boxing technique content already goes viral, with multiple accounts in the niche pulling huge view counts. We have the product to turn that attention into users, and we’re looking for the person to lead it.

The role
You’ll own short-form content and creators, our main growth channel. You’ll start by running our own accounts before launch, then build the UGC creator program we expect to scale through.

What you’ll do

Script and caption short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
Manage our accounts and the posting schedule (a team member helps produce the content)
Track performance and find the formats that work
Build our UGC program from scratch: recruit creators, write briefs, set pay structures, track results
Scale the program with a real budget once it’s working

3. Do you have any boxing or martial arts experience, as a practitioner or a fan? (Not required, we have a coach on the team.)

Requirements

1. A track record you can show: an account you grew or videos you scripted, with numbers
2. Experience running creators or UGC for a consumer app, or a clear plan for how you would
3. Someone who takes ownership. We talk daily over Slack and review weekly, but you make the day-to-day calls
4. Strong written English
5. Interest in boxing or fitness is a plus
