Day-to-day work spans creating and evolving brand guidelines, designing across digital and print channels, collaborating with marketing and product teams to ensure visual consistency, and producing assets for campaigns, social media, packaging, and internal communications. Senior and lead levels typically own the brand system end-to-end and mentor junior designers.
Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain brand identity systems including logos, color palettes, typography, and iconography
Design marketing and campaign assets for digital, print, social, and out-of-home channels
Create and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to translate briefs into on-brand visuals
Evolve the visual identity in response to brand strategy or market positioning changes
Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
