About Us

The Role
We are seeking a Technical Writer to develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation across our R&D function. The role will translate complex scientific and technical information into clear, accurate, and accessible content. The role is central to capturing and standardising knowledge across the organisation, supporting both operational continuity and regulatory compliance.


What You'll Do

  • Produce documentation including knowledge articles, user guides, manuals, procedures, and system as-built records for multi-platform systems and web applications
  • Interpret technical specifications, requirements, and user stories, translating them into clear, audience-appropriate content
  • Collaborate with developers, data engineers, testers, product owners, and senior leadership to gather and validate content
  • Develop and maintain document templates, writing standards, and document control frameworks
  • Apply rigorous quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Identify opportunities to improve documentation processes, tools, and best practice


What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Technical Writer, working autonomously across web applications, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Strong command of technical writing principles, document control, and version management
  • Proficiency with authoring tools such as Adobe or Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in R&D, mining, resources, or a related technical industry highly desirable
