BIS Safety Software is a fast-paced, high-growth organization providing leading software for the safety industry. We are looking for a full-time Technical Writer to join our team. This role is perfect for a professional who is passionate about user experience and technical communication.
Founded in 2006, BIS is proudly headquartered in Sherwood Park, Alberta. We have developed a world class software solution by emphasizing client relationships and continuous innovation, and we are looking to continue our growth across North America and around the world.
We’re looking for a Technical Writer who can transform complex software features into clear, user-friendly content that empowers our clients and team. In this role, you’ll develop step-by-step guides, FAQs, UI copy, video tutorials, and system-generated communications. You’ll work closely with clients, developers, and designers to ensure all content aligns with user needs and product goals. If you have a keen eye for detail, exceptional writing skills, and a passion for simplifying the complex, you’ll thrive at BIS Safety Software.
This is an in-person role based out of our Sherwood Park, AB office.
