Build and execute platform-specific strategies for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
Create and coordinate content (Reels, TikToks, carousels, memes, long-form posts), producing it yourself and briefing our Creative team where needed
Track and report on engagement, reach, saves, shares, CTR, and conversions, and use the data to optimize each month
Lead community management, including comments, DMs, and turning negative feedback into brand-loyalty moments
Spot trends early and bring timely ideas to the creative and strategy teams
Partner with our paid media team so organic and paid efforts support each other
Manage calendars, deadlines, and approvals across clients in our project management tools
Present results and recommendations to clients on regular check-ins

Experience handling multiple brands at once; agency experience strongly preferred
A portfolio showing accounts you've grown, with before-and-after metrics (followers, engagement, reach, or revenue)
Hands-on short-form video skills: you can script, direct, and edit Reels and TikToks
Full availability during US Eastern Time (EST) business hours
Excellent written English and the ability to adapt tone across very different brands
Reliable internet and a quiet workspace for client calls
What Makes You a Great Fit
You're a storyteller who adapts voice and format to each platform and audience
You're data-driven and tie your work to ROI, not vanity metrics
You stay current on formats, memes, and algorithm changes
You're highly organized and can juggle several clients and deadlines without dropping details
You communicate clearly and give and take feedback well across teams
You're empathetic and customer-centric, and you handle tricky comments or crises calmly
Tools You’ll Use:
