We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Media Specialist to lead our organic and paid social media strategy, optimize media buying performance, and help grow our digital presence across today's most impactful platforms.

What You'll Do

Social Media Strategy & Brand Growth

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage and grow the firm's online presence by increasing engagement, audience growth, and brand awareness.
  • Plan, create, schedule, and optimize content aligned with business and marketing objectives.
  • Monitor platform trends, audience behavior, and algorithm updates to continuously improve performance.

Paid Media & Campaign Optimization

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Build audience segmentation strategies including retargeting, lookalike audiences, and conversion-focused campaigns.
  • Manage advertising budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI), lead generation, and campaign efficiency.
  • Continuously test creatives, messaging, formats, placements, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance.

Performance Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor key performance indicators including reach, engagement, conversions, cost per lead, and return on ad spend.
  • Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Develop executive reports and dashboards that communicate campaign results and optimization opportunities.
  • Identify emerging trends and recommend data-driven strategies that improve overall marketing performance.

Content Collaboration & Creative Strategy

  • Partner with designers, video editors, and content creators to develop engaging visual and video campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent messaging, branding, and storytelling across all digital channels.
  • Contribute creative ideas for promotions, seasonal campaigns, and viral content opportunities.
  • Support content optimization initiatives that improve engagement and conversion rates.

Community Engagement & Brand Reputation

  • Manage audience engagement by responding to comments, direct messages, and community interactions across all social platforms.
  • Foster meaningful relationships that strengthen brand loyalty, trust, and audience engagement.
  • Monitor online conversations and proactively protect the firm's digital reputation.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen community engagement while maintaining a consistent and professional brand voice.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, Creative, Content, and Leadership teams to execute integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate campaign launches and ensure alignment across digital channels.
  • Utilize project management tools to organize priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Contribute strategic recommendations that improve social media performance, lead generation, and overall marketing effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing social media marketing and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Experience developing and executing both organic social media strategies and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Advanced experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, conversion funnels, lead generation, and media buying strategies.
  • Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns for measurable business results.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign performance and marketing metrics.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms to improve content creation, campaign optimization, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within legal services, personal injury, healthcare, or other service-based industries.
  • Experience managing high-budget paid advertising campaigns.
  • Knowledge of short-form video marketing and content strategy for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and similar platforms.
  • Experience using Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or other marketing analytics platforms.
  • Meta Blueprint, Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, or other Digital Marketing certifications.
