Job Description
1. Able to plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads to achieve target ROAS.
2. Able to manage Instagram and TikTok accounts consistently, including content planning, posting, and community engagement management.
3. Understands and is able to apply basic SEO techniques on websites and digital content to improve organic visibility.
4. Able to produce compelling copy and creative content aligned with the brand's tone of voice for ads, social media, and promotional materials.
5. Able to identify, contact, and manage collaborations with relevant KOLs/influencers, from negotiation to performance evaluation.
6. Able to read and analyze digital marketing performance data (CTR, CPC, ROAS, engagement rate, etc.) to generate actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Manage social media accounts (TikTok and Instagram).
- Understand basic SEO techniques to improve organic visibility.
- Create copy and creative content aligned with the brand's tone of voice.
- Manage KOL/influencer collaborations from negotiation through evaluation.
- Understand digital performance analytics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, engagement).
