Job Description

  • Develop and execute internal communication plans aligned with business and people priorities.

  • Ensure consistency of tone, messaging, and branding across all internal communication channels.

  • Partner with senior leaders, HR, and business functions to communicate organizational updates, change initiatives, and major announcements.

  • Create high-quality written and visual content, including emails, newsletters, and intranet content.

  • Manage, maintain, and continuously optimize internal communication channels (email, intranet, collaboration platforms).

  • Support and deliver internal communication campaigns that drive engagement and awareness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in internal communications or a similar role.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.

  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
