MOST 2414 Co., Ltd. has three business units: MOST 2414 (strategy, contents, media), SILKEN Asia (e-commerce enabler), and Kolbase (influencer agency).

This internship will be inclusive in all three business units, as influencers, KOLs, and live streamers are today part more often of campaigns between awareness and sales conversion. We support brands through structured marketplace operations, live streaming, and data-drive optimization.

We're looking for an Intern as Influencers & Live Streaming Associate to join our team and gain real hands-on experience in live commerce and influencer marketing.

This is not a "sit and observe" internship. You'll be part of real campaigns, real sales, and real execution.

What You'll Be Doing

Live Streaming & Campaign Support

• Coordinate with live hosts, creators, and partners
• Prepare product details, pricing, and promotional mechanics
• Support live session execution and monitor performance
• Summarize key results and insights after campaigns

Influencer Marketing

• Keep build up consistently our content creators network and pool
• Search and match the right influencer, KOL and content creator to brands
• Be the touch point from agency and influencers
• Support the execution of the campaign, from the brief to the report

Qualifications

Who We're Looking For

• University student (4th year ideally) or fresh graduate (Business, Marketing, Communication, or other)
• Genuinely interested in e-commerce, digital business, and how online brands grow
• Excited by fast-paced environments where priorities shift and things move quickly
• Not afraid to take ownership and make things happen
• Takes responsibility for assigned tasks and follow through until completion
• Proactive - you don't wait to be told what to do
• Stays calm and responsible when things move fast
• Can handle pressure and remain solution-focused
• Organized and detail-oriented (because in e-commerce, small mistakes can impact real sales)
• Comfortable coordinating with different teams and external partners
