About the Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll act as the strategic heart and commercial driving force for one of our key client accounts, blending high-level business growth with hands-on influencer marketing. Based in Madrid in a hybrid setup, you will be the trusted partner our clients turn to, unlocking new creative opportunities and leading pitches to grow our agency's footprint. You will bridge the gap between big-picture strategy and day-to-day project execution, ensuring our campaigns hit global standards of excellence while mentoring a cross-functional team of creatives and producers.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth: Lead internal pitch processes and build relationships with prospective clients to win new business.
  • Manage finances: Take ownership of specific client revenue streams to ensure healthy, profitable, and sustainable accounts.
  • Spot opportunities: Deeply understand your clients' businesses to proactively suggest tailored solutions and unlock organic growth.
  • Lead client relationships: Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for strategic client oversight, building long-term trust.
  • Run accounts smoothly: Set up and deliver clear account governance, making sure we fully meet our agreed service levels.
  • Head up influencer marketing: Identify, source, and negotiate contracts with talent that align with campaign goals and brand values.
  • Oversee partnerships: Manage end-to-end influencer collaborations, ensuring content performance metrics match campaign objectives.
  • Guide projects: Review project briefs and ensure complex, international projects are delivered on schedule.
  • Inspire teams: Manage, mentor, and guide day-to-day workloads for junior team members and cross-functional teams (Creatives, Designers, Content Managers, and Producers).
  • Control quality: Oversee multiple campaigns, reviewing performance against key goals, and participate directly in on-set productions to deliver top-tier assets.

About You

The essentials:

  • Proven experience: Over 5 years of experience in account management, with a track record of handling complex client portfolios.
  • Market knowledge: Deep insight into the Spanish market, including local agencies, partners, and vendors.
  • Cultural pulse: A strong understanding of Gen Z culture and trends to execute modern, influencer-led campaigns.
  • Great communication: Exceptional client-facing skills, sharp negotiation tactics, and the ability to confidently navigate difficult conversations.
  • Team leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment while meeting service agreements.

Not a must, but a plus:

  • A degree or background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
