Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As Influencer Marketing Specialist, you drive local influencer marketing by adapting global strategy, running end-to-end campaigns, and building strong relationships with creators and agencies.

  • Implement the Global Influencer Marketing strategy and operating model in the local market
  • Plan, execute, and optimize local influencer campaigns across platforms such as TikTok and Instagram Reels, ensuring activations resonate locally
  • Manage influencer collaborations end-to-end, including briefing, creator selection, timelines, and partner coordination
  • Identify and engage relevant local creators, building strong relationships with talent and agencies
  • Track campaign performance, engagement, reach, and impact — sharing insights and continuously optimizing strategies
  • Act as liaison between the Global Influencer Marketing team and the local market, ensuring regional nuances while maintaining global consistency

You'll work closely with the broader marketing team, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure aligned storytelling and impactful brand activation across channels.

This role will be reporting to the Marketing Manager.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people who…

  • Have a degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field
  • Bring a minimum of 3 years' experience in influencer or creator marketing, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end campaigns
  • Have a strong understanding of the creator landscape and short-form social platforms such as TikTok and Instagram Reels
  • Are familiar with social media analytics tools and able to interpret performance data to optimize campaigns
