Influencer Marketing Assistant (Beauty & Lifestyle)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field (completed or currently pursuing).
  • 6 months - 1 year of experience in Influencer Marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of Influencer Marketing.
  • Proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of Influencer Marketing strategies for Beauty & Lifestyle clients.
  • Build and maintain media, influencer, and stakeholder databases.
  • Assist in the creation of press releases, media alerts, pitches, reports, and other communication materials.
  • Follow up with media contacts, influencers, and content creators.
  • Coordinate product send-outs, gifting initiatives, media seeding, and delivery tracking.
  • Support the planning and logistics of events, product launches, press days, and influencer experiences.
  • Monitor media coverage and influencer content.
  • Prepare media coverage and campaign performance reports.
  • Follow up on pending tasks, client requests, and campaign deliverables.
  • Support the administrative coordination of campaigns and projects.
