Key Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Craft engaging, on-brand copy across CRM channels, including email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging.
• Develop weekly campaign and ad copy that speaks directly to Tabby’s audience and inspires action.
• Support social content creation with sharp, culturally relevant copy designed to capture attention and drive engagement.
• Review and refine B2B and B2C communications to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality across touchpoints.
• Partner closely with designers, marketers, and product teams to develop fresh, relevant ideas and bring the Tabby voice to life.
• Contribute to campaigns across out-of-home, paid media, and digital experiences—creating concepts and messaging that stand out and leave an impression.
• Stay attuned to emerging trends in copywriting, social media, and customer engagement, applying insights to continuously evolve and strengthen our work.

• A social wordsmith who crafts sharp on-trend copy for Instagram, TikTok and different social channels.
• Highly organized in managing multiple projects and adapt based on data-driven insights.
