Job Description

We are looking for an AI Content writer who is deeply passionate about content, messaging, and communication. In this role, you won't just write copy - you will be the master of our AI content engine. You will design the prompt systems, AI agent skills, and automated workflows that allow us to produce high-quality, on-brand content at scale. In your day to day you will:

• Own the quality, tone, and clarity of  AI-generated content - ensuring automated communications, marketing collateral, and system copy sound natural and strictly on-brand.

•  Design and refine prompts, custom AI tools, and agentic skills that automate routine

• Work closely with PMMs to translate complex product strategies and messaging frameworks into scalable AI skills, ensuring complete product alignment without needing step-by-step guidance.

• Feed AI systems with the right product context, audience profiles, and brand guidelines so every generated piece meets high editorial standards.

• Constantly evaluate AI outputs, iterating on prompts and workflows to fix tone mismatches, fluff, or inaccuracies.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of copywriting, content marketing, tone of voice, and messaging structure. You know what good marketing content looks like and how to edit it.

• Practical experience with LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.), prompt, and building custom AI tools/workflows for content generation.

• Ability to take manual content processes and structure them into repeatable, automated AI skills.

• Strong SaaS content or PMM background; easily translates complex product architecture into clear messaging strategy alongside PMMs.

• Exceptional attention to detail with zero tolerance for generic, robotic "AI-sounding" text.
