Role: Junior Bid Content Writer
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Hybrid Role)
Salary Range: 25-30K SAR
Experience Required: 2–3 years of relevant experience in bid writing, proposal writing, or content development.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Junior Bid Content Writer to support the
development of high-quality proposals, bids, and tender documents. The role involves
collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling, accurate, and persuasive
content that aligns with client requirements and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing and writing bid responses, proposals, and tender documents.
• Research client requirements, industry trends, and competitor positioning to
strengthen submissions.
• Draft, edit, and format high-quality content for technical and commercial proposals.
• Work closely with sales, business development, and technical teams to gather
necessary inputs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Ensure consistency, clarity, and compliance with bid requirements and submission
guidelines.
• Maintain and update a repository of standard bid content and case studies.
• Support timely submission of bids while managing multiple deadlines.
• Review and improve existing content to enhance win probability.
• 2–3 years of experience in bid writing, proposal writing, technical writing, or related
content roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear business
language.
• Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with RFPs, RFQs, and tendering processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in IT, consulting, or service-based industries.
• Understanding of Saudi or GCC market bid processes.
• Exposure to proposal management tools is a plus.
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with a combination of remote and office-based
work as per company policy.
