Community Manager (World of Tanks Blitz) (m/f/i) job description
Job Overview
The Community Manager is the public face of World of Tanks Blitz and a bridge between players, the Community, Publishing and Development teams.
The goal of this role is to build trust with players, maintain an open dialogue with the community, turn player feedback into actionable insights and help the team explain product decisions clearly.

Community Team Lead
What will you do?
- Manage communication with the RU/UA community across Discord, Telegram, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
- Communicate with players online and participate in offline community activities.
- Host streams and represent World of Tanks Blitz publicly.
- Prepare and publish news, event and update announcements, campaign communications and other content for SM platforms.
- Adapt communications to different platforms while maintaining the project’s tone of voice.
- Develop engagement activities for the community, including challenges, contests, small events, discussions, Q&As, memes, highlights and UGC formats.
- Play WoT Blitz regularly and understand its mechanics, game modes, events, balance, platforms and current versions.
- Collect, verify, structure and communicate player feedback to the relevant teams.
- Prepare regular community digests for Development and reports upon request.
- Participate in content and communication planning.
- Attend meetings with Development and Publishing, including balance discussions, to represent players’ needs, expectations and concerns.
- Help the team make decisions based on real player experience.
- Escalate critical issues and participate in crisis communication processes.
What are we looking for?
- Strong knowledge of World of Tanks Blitz and the games industry. Experience with WoT Blitz or WoT PC is a significant advantage.
- English at B2 level or higher.
- Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian.
- Experience working with Discord, Telegram and social media platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in communicating with an audience and appearing on camera.
- Willingness to host streams and act as a public representative of the project.
- The ability to analyse player feedback, identify recurring issues and formulate clear insights for the team.
- The ability to represent players’ interests while understanding and explaining the business perspective.
- Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to change.

Work mode

- Hybrid (2-3 days of work from the office)
- This role isn't eligible for relocation & immigration support // Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Poland at the time of application
Type of Contract and Salary
- Employment Contract (umowa o prace)
- The salary range for this role is 12800-16000 PLN gross monthly (The final salary within the range will depend on the candidate’s experience, skills, and performance during the interview. Please note that this salary range applies to Poland; for other locations, it might be different.)
