About the role
We are looking for someone to support the management of the digital communities of the brands managed by the agency, contributing to user engagement, conversation development and social media performance analysis.
Responsibilities
- Monitor brand pages, including comments, messages and mentions.
- Respond to users according to each brand’s tone of voice and guidelines.
- Conduct sentiment analysis and identify relevant topics, trends and insights.
- Encourage conversations and promote community engagement.
- Support Social Media Managers in creating post plans and editorial calendars.
- Support performance analysis and the preparation of social media reports.
Requirements
- Degree or training in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism or a related field.
- Eligibility for an IEFP professional internship.
- Interest in social media and digital communication.
- Strong written Portuguese skills and good knowledge of English.
- Empathy, organisation, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok will be valued.
- Previous professional experience is not required.
Conditions: IEFP Professional Internship, hybrid working model, with support from the Social Media team.
