At QComms, we work with a diverse portfolio of clients across industries including lifestyle, F&B, wellness, hospitality to name a few. We have scheduled shoots each month, offering consistent opportunities to create engaging visual content. Our in-house studio-equipped with professional gear-is available for use, although you’re welcome to use your own equipment if preferred.


Freelance Community Manager

We are looking for a proactive and creative Freelance Community Manager to support our growing portfolio of brands. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on engagement, understands digital communities and can represent brand tone of voice with confidence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and engage with online communities across social media platforms
  • Respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and brand-aligned manner
  • Monitor conversations, trends, and sentiment around the brand
  • Escalate any issues or risks appropriately
  • Support content roll-out by ensuring strong community interaction
  • Provide regular reports on engagement, feedback, and community insights


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in community management or social media roles
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt tone of voice across different brands
  • Proactive, organised, and responsive
  • Experience working in an agency environment is a plus


Engagement Details:

  • Freelance / hourly basis
  • Flexible hours based on account needs 
  • Availability on weekends
  • Opportunity to work across multiple brands and industries
