Job Description
- Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the development and execution of Sika New Zealand’s marketing and communications strategy.
- You will oversee brand management, customer communications, digital marketing, campaigns, events, market analysis and team leadership.
- You will work closely with our sales, specification and target market teams to support growth initiatives, strengthen customer relationships and identify new market opportunities.
- After initial training you will have the option to work remotely one day each week.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Sika New Zealand's customer engagement, communications and demand generation strategy to support business growth and market share objectives.
- Lead and protect the Sika brand across all touchpoints.
- Build, strengthen and protect the Sika brand across all customer, employee and market touchpoints.
- Drive customer engagement and demand generation initiatives that support sales growth, customer retention and market development.
- Lead Sika NZ's digital marketing strategy, including digital channels, customer journeys, analytics and marketing effectiveness.
- Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that support strategic growth priorities, new product introductions and target market initiatives.
- Working closely with Target Market Managers and the Technical Information Manager, ensure technical information is effectively positioned and communicated to drive customer engagement and business growth.
- Provide market intelligence and customer insights to support business planning, strategic decision-making and identification of growth opportunities.
- Develop customer engagement programs and market-facing initiatives, including events, conferences and exhibitions, to strengthen customer relationships, increase brand awareness and support business growth.
- Establish marketing performance measures and reporting frameworks to evaluate return on investment and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead, mentor and develop the Marketing team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role.
- Strong strategic marketing and commercial acumen.
- Experience with digital marketing, analytics and campaign management.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience.
