Key Performance Indicators: • Provide stakeholder updates on project milestones • Maintain service documentation and communication logs • Resolve communication blockers within agreed timelines • Ensure proposals and statements of work are accurate • Improve client satisfaction through proactive communication Qualifications: • Experience coordinating professional services communications • Strong writing skills for client-facing documents • Familiarity with project delivery processes • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities • Proficiency with collaboration tools and documentation systems
