Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive hotel revenue and brand awareness.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and consumer preferences.
- Create and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional campaigns and packages to attract guests and increase bookings.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials including brochures, advertisements, and digital content.
- Manage online presence through website management, social media channels, and review platforms.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate marketing effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners to enhance the hotel's visibility.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews to maintain positive brand reputation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously innovate and improve marketing efforts.
