Affiliate Marketing & Communications Manager job description

Scale Tech is a software development and staffing agency working with clients across the EU & US.

Alongside our client work, we also build and grow our own consumer products - and we're looking for someone to help scale one of them through affiliate marketing and communications.

We're looking for a hands-on Affiliate Marketing & Communications Manager to drive growth for this product through affiliate acquisition, paid campaigns, and creative. You'll own the marketing engine end-to-end, from sourcing and managing affiliates to producing the creative that converts and representing us at industry events.

SKILLS YOU'LL NEED:

  • Proven experience in B2C marketing and communications.
  • Experience running paid campaigns through third-party ad/traffic platforms
  • Direct affiliate sourcing and relationship management experience
  • Strong visual/creative instinct - comfortable producing or directing banners, GIFs, and short-form video
  • Comfortable traveling to represent the company at industry conferences
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Experience in gambling, crypto, or other highly regulated consumer verticals is a strong plus

    • WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Own marketing and communications strategy end-to-end.
  • Run acquisition campaigns through third-party ad/traffic platforms
  • Source, onboard, and manage affiliates
  • Create marketing visuals - advertising banners, GIFs, short videos, promo/discount assets
  • Manage our presence on Reddit, X, and similar channels, with a marketing-first lens
  • Work extensively with AI tools (Claude) as part of your daily workflow - a Claude subscription is provided
  • Represent us at affiliate industry conferences; travel and attendance covered by the company
