XDS is seeking a Videographer & Content Producer to join us as we establish XDS in the North American market. You’ll be the lens through which our riders, dealers, and fans experience the performance and intensity of our bikes. As our resident action sports videographer, you will own the end-to-end production of high-energy content—from raw action capture on the trail or road to polished, final cuts ready for global campaigns.

You are a creative storyteller who knows exactly when to hit the shutter to capture the perfect whip, turn, or sprint. You live at the intersection of technical precision and creative grit, comfortable both operating a camera in demanding field conditions and sitting in the edit suite crafting the final narrative. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and athlete teams to ensure X-LAB’s visual identity is as fast, rugged, and premium as our bikes.

What You'll Do

• Production & Capture: Produce, shoot, and edit videos for campaigns, tutorials, lifestyle shoots, testimonials, and events, including planning, logistics, gear setup, and on-location direction.

  • Capture drone and action footage of X-LAB bikes across urban, suburban, and outdoor settings.

  • Repurpose long-form content into short-form videos and optimize for social media

• Post-Production: Own the editing process, including narrative flow, sound design, color grading, and motion graphics, to produce compelling content for social, web, retail, and event channels.

• Brand Storytelling: Translate marketing objectives into high-impact video assets and other content that showcase X-LAB performance, technology, and the culture of cycling.

• Collaboration: Partner with marketing and product teams to integrate content into go-to-market strategies and product launches.

• Asset Management: Build and maintain an organized, high-quality content library of raw footage and finished assets for global use.

• Innovation: Stay current with the latest trends in action sports videography and tech, constantly pushing for new ways to elevate XDS/X-LAB’s visual presence.

You're a Great Fit If You Have:

• At least 3 years of professional videography experience, with a heavy emphasis on action sports (cycling, MTB, moto, etc.).

• A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional technical skills in cinematography, action capture, and narrative editing.

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and industry-standard color grading and audio tools.

• Experience managing production workflows, from storyboarding and location scouting to final export.

• A deep understanding of lighting, camera gear (including gimbals, drones, and action cams), and how to capture fast-moving subjects safely and dynamically.

• Ability to work in fast-paced environments, handle tight timelines, and adapt to changing conditions in the field.

You're a Spectacular Fit With

• Deep familiarity with the cycling industry, its culture, and the "hero" athletes of the sport.

• Experience with studio production, product photography, or lighting for commercial sets.

• Passion for gear, technology, and staying on the cutting edge of production trends.
