Objectives of this Role / About the Job: We are looking for a talented Videographer & Editor to own our video production from concept to final cut. In this role, you will be responsible for both shooting and editing high-quality video content across various formats, including online content, commercials, interviews, events, and behind-the-scenes footage. You must have a strong command of visual composition, lighting, color-grading, and sound design to ensure all outputs strictly align with our brand identity and creative standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Editing & Live Streaming: Edit engaging video content and manage live stream setups using industry software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, OBS, and StreamYard).
• Production & Shooting: Handle both videography and photography for studio sessions and on-location shoots.
• Technical Execution: Set up and manage lighting, camera angles, and audio equipment; demonstrate high proficiency with all production gear.
• Post-Production: Execute professional color grading and sound design to elevate overall video quality.
• Asset Management: Organize, manage, and back up all raw footage and project files systematically.
• Basic Motion Graphics: Create essential motion assets and on-screen graphics (e.g., intros/outros, lower thirds, and titles).
• Platform Optimization: Format and optimize video assets for diverse social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Creative, Producer, and Marketing teams to ensure visuals align with the brand’s strategic goals.
• Creative Contribution: Take briefs effectively, brainstorm ideas, and pitch creative visual directions to enhance the final output.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on Experience: Proven on-set experience with both handheld shooting and gimbal operations.
• Software Proficiency: Highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
• Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of cinematic composition, lighting principles, color theory, and audio production.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver exceptional results under tight deadlines.
• Professional Mindset: Strong sense of responsibility, open-minded, and a continuous learner who adapts to new trends and tools.
• Portfolio Required: Must provide a professional portfolio or showreel/video reel showcasing previous work.

รับผิดชอบงานตัดต่อ และการถ่ายทำ มีความเข้าใจเรื่อง composition, แสง, สี, และเสียง และตัดต่อวิดีโอทุกรูปแบบ ทั้งคอนเทนต์ออนไลน์ โฆษณา สัมภาษณ์ งานอีเวนต์ หรือเบื้องหลัง เพื่อให้ได้งานที่คุณภาพสูง ตรงตามคอนเซปต์และอัตลักษณ์ของแบรนด์

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Key Responsibilities)

• ตัดต่อวิดีโอ และ Live Stream (Premiere Pro, After effects, Capcut, OBS, Streamyard) 
• ถ่ายวิดีโอ และภาพนิ่งทั้งในสตูดิโอ และนอกสถานที่
• จัดแสง จัดมุมกล้อง ควบคุมเสียง มีความชำนาญในอุปกรณ์ถ่ายทำทั้งหมด
• ทำ Color grading / Sound design
• บริหารไฟล์ฟุตเทจ และสำรองข้อมูลอย่างเป็นระบบ
• ทำ motion หรือ graphic เบื้องต้นได้ (เช่น intro/outro, lower third)
• ปรับรูปแบบวิดีโอให้เหมาะกับแต่ละแพลตฟอร์ม (YouTube, TikTok, IG, Facebook)
• ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Creative/ Producer/ Marketing เพื่อให้สื่อสารตรงกับกลยุทธ์แบรนด์
• สามารถรับบรีฟ คิดและเสนอแนวทาง visual เพิ่มเติมได้
  
  

คุณสมบัติ (Qualifications)

• มีประสบการณ์ถ่ายทำจริง (ทั้ง handheld และใช้ gimbal)
• ใช้ Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects ได้คล่อง
  และ Illustrator เบื้องต้น
• มีความเข้าใจเรื่อง composition, แสง, สี, และเสียง
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้ deadline ได้ดี
• มีความรับผิดชอบสูง พร้อมเรียนรู้และพัฒนาตัวเองต่อเนื่อง
• มี portfolio งานจริง (video reel / showreel)
