About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team as an Independent Contractor. In this role, you will be responsible for producing compelling visual content—including digital graphics, social media assets, marketing materials, and video edits ranging from short reels to longer promotional formats.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design:

• Create visually appealing graphics for social media, digital ads, banners, email campaigns, and branding materials.

• Develop both print and digital marketing collateral while maintaining brand consistency across all assets.

• Edit, retouch, and remove backgrounds from photos as needed.

Video Editing & Motion Graphics:

• Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging content for platforms such as Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and promotional ads.

• Add professional motion graphics, lower thirds, titles, captions, transitions, and manage audio syncing/mixing.

• Repurpose long-form videos into concise clips tailored for various social media platforms.

General & Workflow:

• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and conceptualize campaign ideas.

• Oversee multiple visual projects from initial concept to final delivery.

• Systematically organize and archive completed visual assets for easy future retrieval.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Demonstrated background as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a portfolio and demo reel required.

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects).

  • Experience with Canva or Figma is a plus.

• Equipment & Setup:

  • High-performance PC or Mac capable of smooth video rendering and graphic processing.

  • Reliable primary internet connection (25–50 Mbps or higher) and a backup internet solution.

  • Quiet, dedicated workspace.

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong portfolio highlighting creative design, color theory, typography, and video pacing.

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines independently.

  • Proficient English communication skills (written and verbal).
