Mandate
Edit approximately two long-form YouTube videos at the historical starting cadence, with capacity to scale, and deliver creator-native work with strong pacing, narrative clarity, and platform fluency.

Core responsibilities
Turn raw footage and direction into polished long-form YouTube videos.
Own pacing, structure, sound, graphics, and revisions within agreed timelines.
Preserve the creator's voice while using good judgment to improve the story.
Maintain an efficient file, feedback, and delivery workflow.
Use AI-enabled editing tools where they improve speed without reducing craft.
Candidate profile
Portfolio of excellent long-form YouTube edits with clear personal ownership.
Strong narrative sense, pacing, sound, and visual judgment.
