職務內容：

  • 主播培訓作業（包含直播技巧、app功能教導、講座規劃、講座師資洽談等）
  • 主播日常關照（包含主播收益、活動資訊傳達、B2B工作邀約、策劃創意直播與模式，提供主播直播內容建議、活動策劃 ）
  • 主播帳款處理
  • 協助主播成長，制定成長計畫，建立良好的合作關係
  • 提高主播的整體數量與質量


如果您具備以下工作技能及工作經驗，請不要猶豫立即手刀提出申請：

  • 具有開發、街訪經驗 (保險業 直銷業 銷售業 等業務相關經驗佳)
  • 了解直播生態，對於開發網紅、自媒體 有經驗(直播相關產業或新媒體相關產業工作經驗)

  • 口語能力佳、邏輯能力佳、反應力佳
