  • Bring creator partnerships to life: Build relationships with influencers, key opinion leaders (KOLs), talent managers and platform partners, overseeing negotiations, contracts, usage rights, deliverables and fees.
  • Build something meaningful: Help grow our Corporate and B2B Social & Influence offering in Perth, identifying opportunities to expand our capabilities and establish a strong reputation in the market.
  • Drive new business: Contribute to pitches, proposals and new business opportunities, showcasing the value of social and influence across existing and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate across the network: Connect with Social@Ogilvy teams in Sydney and Melbourne, sharing knowledge, best practice and opportunities to deliver exceptional work.
  • Own the detail: Manage budgets, forecasting, campaign performance and financial processes, ensuring work is delivered effectively, compliantly and to a high standard.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • 6–8+ years' experience in organic social media and influencer marketing, gained within an agency, brand or publisher environment.
  • A strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to take campaigns from initial planning through to delivery.
  • Experience negotiating creator fees, talent contracts, licensing agreements and campaign budgets.
  • In-depth knowledge of platforms including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Meta, with a strong understanding of platform trends, creator culture and measurement.
  • Excellent client management, communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to provide strategic advice and present recommendations.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to build momentum, develop relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
  • A collaborative approach and experience working closely with creative, production and media teams.
  • Established relationships with WA-based creators, influencers and talent agents
  • Experience working with government or regulated-sector clients.
  • Experience contributing to pitches, winning new business or growing a service offering.
  • Experience managing or mentoring others.
