We’re looking for a SOCIAL ADS EXPERT (copywriting & creative-focused)!

It’s one of the most in-demand roles in performance marketing. You’re the link between creativity and data - researching the markets, developing ideas, analyzing testing results, building hooks and iterations and making sure our ads spend and perform like crazy.

Your responsibilities

• Research & analyze ads and the markets
• Develop top-performing ad concepts, create content plans, generate ideas for primerily Meta ads, Youtube, Pinterest and eventually Tiktok ads
• Participate in weekly performance analysis and evaluate key KPIs for continuous optimization, develop theories and iterations
• Write selling scripts and briefs for the content creators
• Support post-production of ads - give clear feedback and arguments
• Adapt concepts to different advertising platforms including format, hook, text length, pacing, and platform trends
• Work closely with the Creative, PM & Influencer Team to plan and evaluate data-driven creative tests

What you bring

Must-have:

• Experience in social advertising, marketing and copy-, and scriptwriting (DACH)
• Strong understanding of buyer psychology
• Creative instinct for storytelling, scene structure, hook optimization, and dynamic editing
• Strong direct respond copywriting skills
• Fluent German (at least C1) and English skills

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in producing and editing content is a big plus
• Experience in meta ads account
• Experience in working for food and wellness brands 
• Experience in BNL market
