Last Energy develops and deploys micro-modular nuclear power plants, specifically its PWR-20 pressurized water reactor, which is factory-manufactured and designed for rapid, scalable deployment. The company offers a full-service model covering plant design, financing, licensing, construction, operations, and decommissioning for industrial and utility customers.
Last Energy seeks a Video & Multimedia Producer to lead the end-to-end creation of compelling video content that brings our mission, projects, and technical innovations to life. This role will focus primarily on owning the full production pipeline - from concept through delivery - across digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and executive communications, while also contributing to broader content initiatives.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Produce and direct high-quality video content for web, social, press, events, and executive presentations
Own the full production lifecycle, including concept development, scripting, storyboarding, shoot coordination, and on-site direction
Edit and finish video content for digital channels, including cuts, color, captions, graphics, sound design, and motion graphics
Develop shot lists, production schedules, and visual briefs that align with campaign goals and brand standards
Collaborate with subject-matter experts to translate complex technical topics into clear, engaging, and visually dynamic storytelling
Ensure all video content aligns with Last Energy's voice, visual identity, and regulatory requirements
Create various multimedia to support video and social media campaigns
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in video production, digital media, or a related field
Strong command of end-to-end video production, from pre-production planning to post-production delivery
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail across multiple concurrent projects
Ability to manage production timelines and deliverables under tight deadlines
Creative, collaborative, and adaptable working style with a strong visual sensibility
Copywriting & graphic design skills are a plus
Bachelor's degree in film, media production, communications, or a related field
Based in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX
