What you own:

As a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist at LoanPro, you will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels, with a primary focus on email, webinars, and podcasts. You will be responsible for nurturing leads, engaging customers, and ultimately driving measurable growth in new business, qualified opportunities, and customer expansion.   • Email & Webinar Channel Management:
    • Develop, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle (acquisition, nurturing, retention, expansion) to generate new leads, qualify opportunities, and drive bookings.
    • Plan, promote, and execute engaging webinars, including content development, speaker coordination, and post-webinar follow-up.
    • Continuously analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement 
  • Podcast & Content Engagement:
    • Support the creation and launch of the "Fintech Tea" webinar series.
    • Increase LoanPro's LinkedIn engagement rate through strategic content promotion and community interaction.
  • Customer Expansion & Retention:
    • Develop and execute targeted marketing initiatives to drive customer expansion within existing accounts.
    • Collaborate with the customer success and sales teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution:
    • Improve and execute the current Email/Webinar Plan to achieve predetermined metrics.
    • Utilize marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to build, manage, and track campaigns.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in lifecycle marketing.
  • Support Director of Integrated Marketing and Field Marketing Manager with additional duties as needed.


What you need for success:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or SaaS.
  • Customer-Focused: Strong understanding of customer behavior, segmentation, and lifecycle management.
  • Marketing Skills: Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and digital content creation.
  • Analytical: Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging, customer-focused content.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams.
  • Creative & Problem-Solving: Innovative thinking to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic HTML/CSS for emails and familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
  • Team Player: Collaborative, proactive, and capable of working independently when needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications as well as industry-specific analysis software
