About the role 

We are looking for a confident and engaging News Reporter to join our News team and create high-quality video content from major industry events. 

The role will involve interviewing speakers, clients, industry professionals and other interesting personalities, identifying relevant stories and producing content for SiGMA’s media and social channels. 

What you will do 

• Conduct interviews with speakers, clients, industry professionals and other relevant guests at SiGMA events. 

• Research and identify interesting people, stories and topics worth covering before and during events. 

• Prepare interview questions and adapt them naturally during conversations. 

• Create short-form video content, including interviews, reels and social media content. 

• Attend industry events and report on key developments, people and trends. 

• Build relationships with industry professionals and identify opportunities for future stories and interviews. 

What we are looking for 

• Previous experience as a
  on-camera Reporter, Journalist, Video Journalist or similar role. 

• Strong experience working in front of a camera, conducting interviews and presenting content. 

• A confident, natural on-camera presence and the ability to engage different types of people. 

• Strong interviewing, communication and storytelling skills. 

• Ability to research a topic quickly, ask relevant questions and keep conversations engaging. 

• Experience creating video content for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and more 

• Strong communication skills in Russian. 

• Travel within the EU.
