How You’ll Make an Impact

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our client’s creative production team.

This role focuses on designing and building brand-compliant email campaigns and direct mail pieces for the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have strong visual design skills, a working knowledge of email, print production and HTML, with the ability to deliver high-volume output with consistent quality.

Responsibilities

• Design and build marketing emails using email builders (BeeFree Pro experience preferred)

• Apply basic HTML to edit and troubleshoot email layouts

• Interpret and execute campaign briefs from account managers with minimal supervision

• Interpret and translate subjective or vague design feedback from account managers into actionable revisions

• Review emails for spelling, grammar, layout, and brand accuracy before submission

• Design supporting graphics in Adobe InDesign and other Creative Cloud tools

• Apply brand guidelines across multiple automotive OEMs quickly and accurately

• Ensure email designs meet ADA accessibility standards

• Follow email marketing best practices for layout, structure, typography, and visual hierarchy

• Communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing, to clarify briefs, share updates, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent experience (3–5 years)

• Strong portfolio showcasing email and direct mail design, layout, and typography

• Familiarity with the automotive industry or ability to learn OEM brand standards quickly

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (required)

• Experience with email builders (BeeFree Pro preferred)

• Basic understanding of HTML for email design

• Experience designing for print, including knowledge of bleeds, safe zones, minimum font sizes, and color accuracy

• Knowledge of ADA compliance and marketing deliverables best practices

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills and attention to detail

• Requires strong internet connection and Mac-based computer for optimal performance and tool compatibility

• Ability to learn new tools quickly and troubleshoot issues independently to avoid workflow disruptions
