What you'll do
- Help manage outbound email campaigns for real clients
- Learn how to write and test cold email copy that actually gets replies
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, and send timing
- Join client calls and see how campaign results are presented and discussed
- Get hands-on with professional tools (Clay, Prospeo, Apollo, PlusVibe, and more)

Requirements

Who we're looking for
- You're curious about cold email and outbound marketing and want to learn it for real
- You're self-driven, AI-curious, and tech-savvy - new tools don't intimidate you
- Your written and spoken English is excellent
- You're available 1 PM – 9 PM EET (our clients are US-based)
- No prior experience needed - just genuine interest and a willingness to put in the work
