About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Klaviyo Email Marketing Assistant to support our client's marketing team on a part-time basis (1 day / 8 hours per week). This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience building email campaigns in Klaviyo who enjoys creating polished, responsive email campaigns while ensuring every detail is accurate before launch.

You'll work from provided campaign briefs, approved copy, and creative assets to build engaging email campaigns that are optimized for both desktop and mobile devices. A strong eye for detail and commitment to quality assurance are essential, as you'll play an important role in ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build email campaigns in Klaviyo using supplied campaign briefs, approved copy, and creative assets.
  • Format emails to ensure a consistent and visually appealing experience across desktop and mobile devices.
  • Add and verify alt text, hyperlinks, and other campaign elements.
  • Conduct preview sends and perform comprehensive quality assurance (QA) checks prior to campaign deployment.
  • Identify and resolve formatting or content issues before campaigns go live.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency across all email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are delivered according to specifications and deadlines.

Other Responsibilities

  • Make necessary process suggestions and improvements which can help the team.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Perform other related tasks and duties that may be assigned by the client later on.


About You

  • Previous experience building email campaigns in Klaviyo.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify formatting and content issues before launch.
  • Understanding of email marketing best practices, including responsive design and accessibility considerations such as alt text.
  • Experience working with campaign briefs, approved copy, and creative assets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines independently.
  • A proactive mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with eCommerce brands.
  • Familiarity with email marketing metrics and campaign performance.
  • Experience with other email marketing platforms is an advantage.

Schedule: 8am - 5pm AEST
Available to work 1 day a week, (8 hours)
