Through its network of editorial, creative, social, video, and experiential platforms, Hypebeast covers the intersections of fashion, art, design, music, technology, sports, and culture for a global audience. With operations across 12 markets, Hypebeast connects brands and communities through cultural storytelling, insight, and creative experiences. 

Responsibilities:

Campaign Direction & Production
  • Lead the direction and production progress of advertising campaigns and media tie-ups.
    Manage approximately three projects per month smoothly.
    • Concept Development
  • Develop advertising campaign concepts based on client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Partnership team (Sales) to create concepts and ideas incorporating new digital trends and local/global events.
    • Project Execution
  • Work closely with stakeholders and project managers to ensure new, unique, non-derivative campaigns and projects.
  • Create stimulating, engaging content while exploring story-driven visuals.
  • Collaborate with the Hypebeast, Hypebae, and Hypemaker teams to maintain Hypebeast brand standards.

    • Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in the media industry; advertising production experience working with advertisers and agencies is a plus.
  • Passion for writing, or commissioning others to write, exciting manuscripts.
  • Ability to create and clearly explain presentation materials for a general audience.
  • Skilled in directing photography and video shoots.
  • Commitment to producing high-quality content even under tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail; able to negotiate with clients, adjust ideas to their wishes, and clearly explain what is and isn't possible.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in Japanese (portfolio must be submitted in Japanese).
  • English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills is a plus.
  • Experience with social media and up-to-date knowledge of online fashion and culture is preferred.

  • 広告キャンペーンおよびメディアタイアップのディレクション及び制作進行
  • 月に3本程度のプロジェクトを円滑に管理
    • コンセプト開発
  • クライアントの要望を踏まえた広告キャンペーンのコンセプト考案
  • ブランドパートナーシップチーム（営業部）と連携し、新しいデジタルトレンド、ローカル・グローバルな出来事を取り入れたコンセプト・アイデアを作成
    • プロジェクト実行
  • 関係者およびプロジェクト管理担当者と密に協力し、既視感のない新しいキャンペーン・プロジェクトを実現
  • ストーリー性のあるヴィジュアルを模索しながら、刺激的で魅力的なコンテンツを作成
  • Hypebeast、Hypebae、Hypemakerのチームと連携し、Hypebeastブランドの基準を維持

    • 応募資格

  • メディア業界での実務経験2年以上（広告主・代理店との取引での広告制作経験があれば尚可）
  • エキサイティングな原稿を書く、または依頼することに情熱を持てる方
  • 相手に伝わりやすいプレゼン資料の作成及び説明ができる方
  • 写真撮影やビデオ撮影のディレクション能力に長けている方
  • 短い納期であっても常に良質なコンテンツ作成を心がけられる方
  • 細部への強い注意力があり、状況に応じてクライアントと交渉し、希望に沿ってアイデアを修正しながら、何が可能で何が不可能かを丁寧に説明できる方
  • 複数のプロジェクトを同時に管理できる方
  • 日本語が堪能な方（Portfolioは日本語で提出のこと）
  • 英語での読み書き及び口頭コミュニケーションができれば尚可
  • ソーシャルメディアでの作業経験があり、オンラインのファッション・カルチャー情報を常に把握していれば尚可
