Virtual Assistant (Editor) job description
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to act as an extension of our founder, ensuring smooth operations across multiple tasks. You’ll handle event bookings, marketing outreach, and creative design while keeping everything running seamlessly. If you love pop music, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have a sharp eye for detail, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Personal & Executive Support
- Be the right-hand person to the executive, anticipating needs and handling tasks proactively
- Maintain schedules, manage calendars, and handle meeting bookings (including dance parties)
- Coordinate travel, logistics, and event planning
- Assist in promoting events and dance parties through various marketing channels
- Compile lists of influencers and media contacts for outreach
- Conduct outreach via Instagram, company emails, and social media
Graphic Design & Content Creation (Major Requirement)

- Canva & Photoshop – For creating and editing graphics and marketing materials
- CRM Tools – Mailchimp, Beehive, or similar for managing outreach and email campaigns
- Task Management Tools – Notion, Trello, or Asana for managing projects, tasks, and event planning
- Event Planning Tools – Eventbrite, Google Calendar, or similar for organizing and booking events
- Communication Tools – WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Meet for communication and outreach
- Research & Outreach Platforms – LinkedIn, Instagram, or industry-specific tools for influencer and media contact management
- Music & Pop Culture Tools – Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube for staying updated on trends in pop culture and music
