Creator Partnerships Associate job description

Prosper Health is on a mission to make life happier and healthier for autistic and neurodivergent adults.

Despite autism diagnoses increasing more than 5x in the past 25 years, autistic adults have been systematically overlooked. This has led to extremely poor outcomes, including high rates of co-occurring mental health conditions and a lower life expectancy. Prosper is here to change that.

We deliver specialized mental health services for autistic adults, covered by insurance. We've helped tens of thousands of people receive an autism diagnosis for the first time, work with neurodivergent-affirming therapists, and find belonging through community. Our outcomes meaningfully outperform traditional care for autistic adults, with substantially greater improvements in mood, anxiety, and quality of life.

Prosper is growing 3x year over year and are at mid-double-digit millions in run-rate revenue, with thousands of active clients and 400+ clinicians. We're a high-ownership, mission-driven team, building something that has never existed for autistic and neurodivergent adults.

Creator Partnerships Associate

The Role

As our Creator Partnerships Associate, you'll own one of Prosper's biggest drivers of growth: the creator pipeline. Partnering with autistic and neurodivergent creators also helps to shape culture, putting real people and their own stories at the center of how neurodivergence shows up online.

You'll run partnerships end to end: sourcing creators with a personal connection to adult autism and neurodivergence, negotiating deals, writing briefs, and getting content into live ad sets. Then you'll track what performs and help turn promising creators into long-term partners.

This role sits at the intersection of deal-making, social media, and performance marketing, at a fast-growing digital health company and a cultural movement around neurodiversity. You'll work directly with our Creative Marketing Manager and Growth team.

You'll thrive in this role if you love the thrill of closing a deal, are highly organized, and "chronically online". You might come from creator partnerships at a DTC brand, the deal side of a talent or influencer agency, or UGC and performance creative, and you're eager to own a program that directly drives growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own creator partnerships end to end: Take every partnership from first outreach to a live ad set. Scale creator testing, and grow the roster of retained creators who consistently perform. Set up Partnership Ads and whitelisting, track usage rights, and review creator ad performance to recommend rebooks, iterations, and passes.
  • Source and vet creators: Find creators with a personal tie to adult autism or neurodivergence through direct outreach, talent agencies, and new channels. Make sharp calls on who will convert for paid social based on content quality, audience, story fit, and cost.
  • Run deals and contracts: Negotiate rates, usage, and whitelisting using our pricing framework so every deal makes sense for the business. Draft agreements from our template and coordinate invoices and payments.
  • Brief and produce great content: Write clear, neurodivergent-affirming creator briefs. Manage timelines, give feedback that makes content stronger, QA deliverables, and follow the content through the full editing pipeline, from brief to launch.
  • Launch and learn: Apply learnings to new briefs, making the program stronger over time.

About You

  • 1–3 years of experience in creator partnerships: Preferably ****at a DTC brand, talent or influencer agency, or in UGC and performance creative. Bonus points deep fluency in the neurodivergent community and its creators, start-up experience, and/or hands on-experience creating social content for a brand or your own accounts.
  • Experienced negotiator: You've run creator negotiations and already speak the language: whitelisting, darklisting, usage, organic vs. paid, L30D views, CPM. You're warm but firm, holding budget while keeping creators excited.
  • Creative instinct: You have a strong gut-instinct about whether or not content hits our quality bar. You can explain why a piece of creator content will or won't work: the hook, the story, the pacing, the brand mention. You understand how an organic awareness post differs from UGC built for paid ads.
  • Always online: You follow creators, know the trends, and love social media. You're eager to pitch in on creative, even beyond your core role.
  • Ownership and drive: You treat pipeline goals as your own, flag early when things are off track, and know when to ask for help. You set big goals, reflect on what's working, and want to keep growing.
  • Highly organized: Inbox zero, trackers always current, loops closed without being asked. Nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Scrappy and resourceful: You find a way to close the deal, source the creator, or get content live when budget, replies, or time run short. You make processes better than you found them.
  • Clear and empathetic communicator: You adapt to how each creator works best, with clear written direction and flexibility. You keep your team updated and flag problems early, with a plan to solve them.
  • Mission-driven: You care about improving access to care and want your work to make a real impact for autistic and neurodivergent adults.
