Job Description

Corporate Communications

  • Execute brand and corporate communications activities in the Philippines, including write-up and design of communications materials (e.g. press releases, blog articles, social media posts, etc.); organize events such as townhall meetings, internal visits; brand events; and maintain website and intranet, etc.
  • Work closely with business units to create relevant content and support brand and marketing activities.
  • Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts and identify areas for improvement
  • Contact point for regional communications team

Government Relations

  • Establish and represent Bosch’s interests with external stakeholders, including chambers, associations and relevant government agencies.
  • Market research on macro-economic and political topics affecting the business development of Bosch, namely in the areas of trade policy, geopolitics, road safety, and electrification.
  • Coordinate and support projects with advocacy and external relations to enable and facilitate business development for Bosch in the Philippines.
  • Contact point for regional government affairs team

 

Office of the Executive Management

  • Coordinate and prepare presentation materials, briefing decks, and other meeting materials for executive and leadership engagements
  • Consolidate inputs from relevant internal departments to support executive updates, reports, and meeting preparations
  • Assist in the planning and execution of executive visits, leadership events, and corporate engagements
  • Coordinate with relevant internal teams on updates related to key action points from executive-level meetings
  • Support coordination requirements related to current executive priorities and leadership agenda

Qualifications

  • Degree in communications, business management, marketing, public affairs, law or similar
  • 4-6 years of experience in corporate communications, corporate affairs or government affairs.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Self-driven and highly motivated self-starter
  • Ability to work effectively with teams across organizational and functional boundaries
  • Should have demonstrated integrity and respect in the performance of their duties
  • Strong interpersonal skills with good command of English, written and spoken
