Senior Content Marketing Specialist job description
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Funnel Content Strategy: Own content strategy from TOFU to conversion, translating business goals into a content roadmap that grows the WELL community and fuels pipeline.
- AI-Forward Content Practice: Stay ahead of emerging AI tools and workflows, embedding AI-assisted ideation, production and distribution into the content engine to scale output without sacrificing brand voice.
- Video Production & Storytelling: Lead ideation, scripting, filming and editing of video content for social and other platforms.
- Channel Content Development: Create marquee content and derivative assets for our core content pillars, including guides, tutorials, articles, videos, webinars, case studies and thought leadership.
- Customer & Client Storytelling: Identify and elevate customer stories and case studies, turning real-world outcomes into content that brings new people into the WELL movement.
- Mission & Category Storytelling: Partner with IWBI thought leaders to craft narratives that advance IWBI’s broader mission to create healthier buildings and organizations, and position IWBI as the global convener of healthy building experts.
- Content-Driven SEO Strategy: Develop and execute an SEO strategy to grow organic traffic and search authority around our core mission topics.
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Manage integrated campaigns from concept through launch, partnering with the global sales team to convert inbound prospects into qualified sales opportunities.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- At least 5 years of experience in content marketing, content strategy and video production.
- Experience working within HubSpot or other CRMs.
- Strong video storyboarding, production and editing skills.
- An agile, self & results-driven approach to each project.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities & timelines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A passion for creating and building.
