About The Role

We have 550+ enterprise customers running BLP inside their core ERP processes, and most of their stories have never been told. You'll own that end to end: find them, get them talking, turn it into proof that closes deals. No content calendar to inherit, no playbook to follow. You're building the program from scratch.

Customer proof is about to become one of the highest-leverage things in the company, and right now, almost nobody owns it.

What You'll Do

  • Build the reference engine. Find the customers worth referencing, get them warmed up, and make sure sales always has the right voice for the right deal, not just whoever said yes last.

  • Turn results into stories. Own case studies and customer proof end to end: securing approvals, running the interviews, shipping the asset. You'll be translating things like 5–10× productivity gains and measurable EBIT impact into stories a CFO actually wants to read.

  • Win the review sites. G2, Gartner Peer Insights, wherever our buyers actually check references before they call us. Make our rating reflect reality.

  • Put customers on stage. Source and coach champions for webinars, events, and press. The best sales pitch is a customer telling another customer it worked.

  • Make Sales and CS your closest allies. You don't own the relationships, they do. Build the interface so advocacy asks are coordinated, not chaotic.

  • Prove it's working. Track reference coverage, asset usage, and pipeline influence. If you can't measure it, it doesn't count.

You'll Have

  • 3–7 years in customer marketing, advocacy, reference management, or content marketing. B2B software is a plus, not a requirement. What matters is that you've built customer-facing programs, not just executed inside one.

  • A track record of getting case studies and references out of enterprise customers. You know how to navigate corporate comms, legal review, and long approval cycles, and you have the patience to see them through.

  • The ability to get a COO to say something quotable and a CFO to believe it.

  • Structured program-building skills. You've stood up processes, pipelines, and measurement from scratch, not just executed within an existing machine.

  • Fluent English and German (our customer base is DACH-heavy); additional European languages are a plus.

  • Familiarity with ERP-centric processes, finance operations, or enterprise software for manufacturing and industrial companies is a large plus.
