Social Media & Web Content Manager job description

Your mission

We build places that stay, moments that happen once and original worlds that travel. As Social Media & Web Content Manager, you own the place where most people meet us first: their screens. You run TSC’s digital presence across Instagram, LinkedIn and our website, from the daily feed and paid media to the long-term plan, and you make it grow. You work closely with our Marketing Director.

Ownership matters to us more than almost anything else. You don’t wait for a brief. You talk to the project teams, come back with ideas and keep your editorial calendar weeks ahead. You question our strategy, bring solutions and know what’s happening in our industry and in the world outside.

Your responsibilities include:

Social media
  • Shaping and running our social strategy for Instagram and LinkedIn, B2B first.
  • Keeping an editorial calendar with real lead time and finding stories across all our locations.
  • Creating content yourself, from carousels in Canva to video edits in CapCut.
  • Scouting the next channel worth our time and building its launch plan.
Channel growth
  • Owning the growth of our channels, with clear targets for followers, reach and engagement.
  • Knowing what drives growth on each channel, and turning it into the next step every month.
Audiences and B2B focus
  • Knowing our audiences and target groups on every channel, with a clear B2B focus on brands, partners and decision-makers.
  • Speaking just as well to everyone who likes us, our work and our projects, from fans and creatives to industry peers and future colleagues.
  • Shaping content, formats and campaigns so each audience gets what matters to them.
Formats and brand
  • Developing recurring formats and series, and keeping them consistent across channels.
  • Guarding TSC’s visual identity on every screen.
Thought leadership
  • Building thought leadership and personal brands for our leaders and experts on LinkedIn.
Website
  • Keeping projects, people and services on our website current.
One story, every channel
  • Knowing which topics are coming up in The Narrative and our mailings, together with Editorial.
  • Extending every story on social, on TSC’s own channels and through the people in it, from project leads to the experts we feature.
Market and trends
  • Following competitors, trends, culture and technology, and knowing when it’s our moment to join in.
Paid media
  • Planning, running and optimizing paid media campaigns on LinkedIn and Instagram, from targeting and budget to creative.
  • Turning audience insights into the next campaign, and knowing what every euro brought back.
Analytics
  • Setting up UTMs, pixels and conversion tracking across web and social.
  • Understanding who our audiences are and where they come from, and reporting KPIs monthly with clear recommendations.

Our marketing team is new, so structures and formats are still taking shape. You’ll help define them.

Your profile

We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in social media and digital content, who sees Instagram and LinkedIn as strategic tools and takes ownership by default.

What you bring:
  • Several years of experience in social media, digital content or editorial work.
  • A track record of growing channels, and the numbers to show it.
  • Native or near-native English.
  • Experience in B2B communication, and a feel for audiences beyond it.
  • Strong copywriting skills and a sharp eye for aesthetics and brand.
  • Confidence in Canva and CapCut, and a sense for when to bring in support.
  • Hands-on paid media know-how in Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, from setup and targeting to optimization and reporting.
  • Experience with a CMS, basic SEO and tracking setups.
  • Experience with content formats, thought leadership and personal branding.
  • A structured way of working and the ability to plan ahead.
  • Curiosity about immersive experiences and where our industry is heading.
  • You’re happy to spend regular time in the office with the team.

Experience with brand, live or immersive experiences and a good knowledge of our industry are a real plus. So is a feel for platforms beyond Instagram and LinkedIn.

In short: you don’t need to know everything yet, but you should bring ideas, craft and the drive to own it.

Why us?

  • Be part of a creative, supportive team where you have room to take ownership and share ideas.
  • Collaborate across disciplines, teams and countries.
  • Work hybrid, with a real office to come home to.
  • Earn a competitive salary with an annual performance-based bonus.
  • Benefit from regional perks and a travel or public transport allowance.
  • Recharge with vacation days plus one extra company holiday.
  • Join spontaneous get-togethers and our legendary yearly summer trip.
  • Work in an inclusive place where everyone is welcome, whatever their background, experience or identity.
