Committed to promoting excellence and effectiveness in healthcare worldwide, MEDFAR differentiates itself by offering a unique healthcare management solution for clinics, which replaces inefficient processes with a faster and safer technological alternative.

Job Description

As Marketing Content Manager, you’ll lead MEDFAR’s content strategy and execution across channels, turning complex healthcare technology, clinical workflows, and AI innovation into clear, compelling content that resonates with healthcare professionals.

You’ll be the editorial voice behind MEDFAR’s marketing content, responsible for setting a high bar for quality, consistency, and relevance across everything we publish. From thought leadership and campaigns to website copy, customer stories, social content, and sales enablement, you’ll shape how MEDFAR communicates with the market.

We’re looking for an exceptional writer and editor who is equally comfortable thinking strategically, getting up to speed quickly on complex healthcare topics, and experimenting with AI to work smarter and produce better content. You’re curious about technology and healthcare, have strong editorial judgment, and know how to make complex ideas simple without losing their substance.

Key Responsibilities

Own MEDFAR’s content strategy

  • Develop and maintain MEDFAR’s content strategy across key audiences, markets, channels, and stages of the buyer journey.
  • Build and manage the editorial calendar, prioritizing content that supports business, brand, and growth objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to turn MEDFAR’s expertise, customer stories, data, and product developments into compelling content.
  • Establish and maintain MEDFAR’s editorial voice, messaging standards, and content guidelines.

Create exceptional content

  • Write, edit, and oversee a wide range of content, including:
    • Website and landing page copy
    • Thought leadership articles and blog posts
    • Social media content
    • Customer stories and case studies
    • Email campaigns and newsletters
    • Ebooks, guides, and other lead-generation assets
    • Video and podcast scripts
    • Sales enablement materials
    • Product and solution content
    • PR and corporate communications
  • Translate complex healthcare, technology, and AI concepts into content that is clear, credible, and engaging.
  • Interview physicians, healthcare professionals, customers, internal experts, and executives to uncover strong stories and insights.
  • Ensure all content is accurate, consistent, on-brand, and adapted to the audience and channel.

Lead AI-powered content creation

  • Act as a power-user and internal champion of AI for marketing and content creation.
  • Use AI strategically throughout the content workflow, while maintaining strong editorial judgment.
  • Develop effective AI workflows and prompting practices that improve both efficiency and quality.
  • Experiment with emerging AI tools and identify opportunities to incorporate them into MEDFAR’s content operations.

Drive thought leadership

  • Develop content that positions MEDFAR as a credible voice in healthcare technology, primary care, EMRs, and AI.
  • Work closely with subject-matter experts and executives to develop original perspectives and thought leadership.
  • Identify relevant industry trends, conversations, and opportunities for MEDFAR to contribute meaningfully to the market.

Collaborate across the organization

  • Partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership teams.
  • Work closely with our internal designer and other creative partners to bring content to life.
  • Support product launches, campaigns, events, market expansions, and other strategic initiatives with the right content and messaging.
  • Create content that supports both marketing and sales throughout the customer journey.

Measure and optimize

  • Monitor content performance and use data and audience insights to refine content strategy, testing different formats, messages, and distribution strategies to drive stronger results.
  • Define and track relevant KPIs such as engagement, traffic, conversions, MQLs, content-assisted pipeline, and audience growth.
  • Build a strong understanding of what content performs with MEDFAR’s audiences and why.

Qualifications

  • University degree in business marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
  • Strong editorial instincts and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to make complex topics simple, without making them simplistic.
  • Strategic thinker who can connect content to broader marketing and business objectives.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interviewing and storytelling skills.
  • Genuine curiosity about healthcare, technology, AI, and the future of primary care.
  • Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience using generative AI tools to enhance content creation and productivity.
  • Strong understanding of digital content, SEO, social media, and content distribution.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and subject-matter experts.
  • Experience in healthcare, SaaS, healthtech, or B2B technology is an asset.

The Profile

You’re a writer first, marketer second, and AI power-user by nature. You care deeply about words, but you also understand that great content needs to serve a purpose.

You can take a 30-minute conversation with a physician or product expert and turn it into a compelling story. You can look at a complex product feature and immediately see the message that matters to the customer. You know when AI can make your work faster and when human judgment matters more.

You’re curious, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable owning projects from a blank page to final publication. Most importantly, you have high standards: you don’t settle for content that is merely correct when it could be clearer, sharper, and more compelling.
