Our mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care while advancing psychiatric treatment through ethical clinical research and innovative therapeutic approaches. With continued expansion across Florida, we offer opportunities to grow within a collaborative, high-performing environment focused on clinical excellence, innovation, operational efficiency, and exceptional patient experiences. We are committed to helping our employees thrive professionally while working alongside a multidisciplinary team dedicated to outstanding care and operational excellence.
Who You Are
You are a creative storyteller, strategic thinker, and hands-on digital marketer who turns compelling content into measurable growth. You enjoy writing persuasive copy, producing engaging videos, strengthening websites, and finding innovative ways to connect people with healthcare services. You take initiative, embrace challenges, and own projects from concept to results. You thrive in a growing environment where creativity, analytical thinking, resilience, and accountability drive meaningful impact.
What You’ll Do
The Digital Growth & Healthcare Content Lead will drive digital visibility, content creation, social media, SEO, website optimization, and lead generation for Health Haven and Health Synergy Clinical Research. This hands-on role emphasizes content writing, copywriting, video production, and digital marketing strategy. You will collaborate with clinicians, physicians, research personnel, and operational teams to create compelling content that educates audiences, builds trust, and generates qualified leads. You will also coordinate external vendors and remote creative professionals while maintaining accountability for quality, deadlines, and measurable outcomes. This is an opportunity for a creative, ambitious professional to help build and develop a growing digital marketing function.
- Content Strategy and Creative Direction: Develop integrated content strategies that align brand messaging, audience interests, healthcare education, social media, and lead-generation priorities. Identify creative opportunities, emerging trends, and ways to differentiate the organization in a competitive healthcare market.
- Copywriting and Content Writing: Write engaging, persuasive, and polished copy for websites, landing pages, blogs, email campaigns, social media, video scripts, advertisements, headlines, and calls to action. Adapt messaging to different audiences and platforms while balancing storytelling, clarity, SEO, and conversion goals.
- Digital Analytics and Optimization: Monitor website traffic, search rankings, audience engagement, lead quality, and conversion rates. Translate performance data into actionable improvements, test new approaches, and prioritize marketing activities based on measurable results rather than impressions alone.
- Healthcare Content Development: Translate complex clinical and research information into accessible, engaging content about psychiatry, mental health, TMS, Spravato, clinical research, treatment options, and related services. Collaborate with clinicians and research teams to develop patient-centered educational materials, ensuring appropriate clinical review and accuracy.
- Lead Generation and Conversion: Develop and optimize digital campaigns, landing pages, lead forms, and calls to action that generate qualified inquiries for psychiatric services, TMS evaluations, Spravato consultations, clinical research studies, and other programs. Partner with intake, scheduling, and research recruitment teams to track lead outcomes, identify conversion barriers, and improve the path from inquiry to appointment, prescreening, or enrollment.
- Search Engine Optimization and Website Management: Lead on-page, technical, local, and off-page SEO initiatives. Conduct keyword research, optimize service and location pages, metadata, internal links, and website content, and strengthen local search visibility. Collaborate with developers to address technical issues and use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and related tools to improve organic growth, website performance, and conversions.
- Social Media Strategy and Community Engagement: Develop, create, publish, and optimize content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Maintain a content calendar, adapt messaging to platform-specific audiences, identify relevant trends, and use engagement data to strengthen brand awareness and audience growth.
- Video Production and Creative Development: Conceptualize, script, record, and direct professional-quality videos featuring clinicians, physicians, research personnel, services, and educational topics. Use smartphones or cameras, microphones, lighting, and other production equipment. Develop hooks, interview questions, storylines, captions, thumbnails, and calls to action. Understand editing sufficiently to evaluate pacing, sound, transitions, graphics, captions, and overall quality. Repurpose long-form videos into platform-specific content, including Reels, TikTok videos, and YouTube Shorts. Video editing and graphic design experience are strong advantages.
- Vendor and Remote Team Coordination: Coordinate external agencies, freelance creatives, video editors, designers, developers, and remote or international personnel. Provide clear briefs, feedback, deadlines, and quality standards. Review deliverables, resolve production bottlenecks, and remain accountable for the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of completed work.
- Ownership and Continuous Improvement: Manage multiple projects from concept through publication, maintain production schedules, and follow through on commitments. Take initiative, solve problems, identify opportunities, and improve processes without waiting for repeated direction. This is not a traditional clock-in, clock-out marketing role limited to completing assigned tasks; it is an opportunity for someone who wants to build, excel, and grow into greater strategic and leadership responsibility as the organization expands.
- Other Duties as Assigned: Perform additional responsibilities related to digital marketing, content development, website management, brand growth, patient engagement, clinical research recruitment, and organizational initiatives as needed.
