The Role
The core mandate is to build, prove and run an AI-driven content workflow (video generation + repurposing/recombining our existing library), while keeping our scalable KOL flow running and being able to coordinate classic shoots/freelancers when activated. You'll work closely with the people running our paid social ads, since content and ad performance are two sides of the same coin.
Key Responsibilities
AI content production — the core [~50%]: build and document a repeatable workflow for AI video + static content (Higgsfield and whatever's best-in-class); produce a steady volume of ad creative and test variants; repurpose existing footage and top performers into new outputs. Workflow must be reproducible by a bigger team, not locked in one head.
KOL / influencer [~30%]: run the flow end-to-end — outreach, sponsorship, briefing, light coordination, steady content stream.
Classic content, as activated [~20%]: brief and coordinate freelance editors/designers, manage shoots when we run them, keep the content library organised and reusable.
Performance & testing: treat content as ad creative — run structured tests with the performance team and SM agency, judge by cost-per-result not opinion, track cost and performance per output.
Brand & quality: hold a consistent baseline quality bar and brand voice so volume never means mediocrity.
Requirements
Genuinely AI-native — you live in AI content tools daily, are fluent in prompting and chaining tools, and have built workflows (not just "used ChatGPT"); a hands-on AI content portfolio is a major plus
Bias to ship — you're comfortable at ~80%, iterate fast, and treat output as testable not precious
Systems & cadence — you bring structure, rhythm and throughput; you're organised and reliable
Proven ability to manage traditional content production end-to-end — you can plan, shoot and edit, working with freelancers; you're not an AI purist who refuses non-AI work
Strategic & creative insight — you can drive a 1–2 month content funnel and generate strong testable content ideas; you protect brand voice while pushing fresh concepts
Social media (hyper)fluency & customer understanding — you're deeply tuned into TikTok/IG/FB trends and formats, with strong intuition for the Thai (and eventually wider SEA) customer
Performance-minded — you understand content exists to drive ad results and you care about the numbers
You're a Thai national with strong English proficiency
E-commerce / brand experience ideal — with a strong focus on ad creative
