- Develop a strong network of industry contacts across the UAE and wider Middle East region.
Marketing & Commercial Support
- Create compelling content and messaging to support the marketing and sales teams.
- Develop marketing, sales and telesales briefs that clearly articulate the event's content proposition and audience value.
- Work closely with marketing to develop content-led campaigns, speaker announcements, agenda launches and other promotional activity.
- Work closely with sponsorship and sales teams to ensure the programme supports the commercial objectives of the event while maintaining content integrity.

- A natural curiosity about HR, technology, AI, the future of work and business transformation.
- Confident relationship-building skills and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and potential speakers.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced events environment.
- Creative thinking and the confidence to challenge conventional ideas and develop fresh approaches to event content.
