This is a hands-on role. You will own content creation, email marketing, and community management day to day, and represent the brand on the ground at health & wellness industry events. You will be supported by a Marketing Director, specialist freelancers, and agency partners, and backed by robust brand guidelines and tools.
Responsibilities
- Create and publish organic social content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Meta
- Edit short-form video clips from interviews and longer-form productions for social distribution
- Write across formats: blog posts, knowledge base articles, emails, newsletters, and social copy
- Manage community responses across all platforms, escalate to customer support as necessary.
- Attend industry conferences and events to capture content in the field. Travel to the US will be required.
What We Are Looking For
- A genuine interest in health, wellness, and human biology; you do not need a science degree but you must be able to grasp complex ideas and make them accessible
- A strong editorial instinct: you know which moment, quote, or story will resonate with an audience and how to shape raw material around it
- Confident editing short-form video and social content; able to turn raw footage into platform-ready clips
- Experience managing active brand communities across multiple platforms
- Comfortable on the ground at events, engaged and resourceful
- Based in Vancouver, BC, with availability to travel to the US
